Teacher with no known allergies survives sudden life-threatening allergic reaction
Teacher Elaine suddenly experienced life-threatening anaphylaxis after drinking a ginger beer. She called Jason, the Estates Manager at York House School, who quickly drove over to her house with the school’s Kitt, who found her on the floor, struggling to breathe. He administered an adrenaline pen from the Kitt, and was credited with saving her life.
