Our CPD-accredited Kitt Medical training course consists of seven engaging videos, featuring allergy healthcare professionals including Professor Adam Fox and Dr Helen Evans-Howells, as well as Dr Lynn Thomas, Medical Director of St John Ambulance and Simone Miles, CEO of Allergy UK.
Each video is followed by a set of relevant multiple-choice questions on the topics discussed, which have to be answered correctly in order for the viewer to proceed. The full course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
We cover a wide range of topics, all of which are listed in the Benedict's Law's guidance documentation - from food and environmental allergies to intolerance, asthma, anaphylaxis symptoms and treatment, to the latest in emergency adrenaline medication devices.

Our training is made up of a total of a seven short, engaging videos - with a specific school-focused or business-focused video interchanged depending on the type of participant:

‘Allergies, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Explained’, with Dr Helen Evans Howells.
‘Understanding Adrenaline Devices’, with Professor Adam Fox and Dr Felix Jackson McGill.
‘How to Treat a Life-Threatening Allergic Reaction’, with Dr Lynn Thomas, Medical Director of St John Ambulance and Zak Marks, Co-Founder of Kitt Medical.

After each video, the participant will be quizzed through a selection of relevant multiple-choice questions, which have to be answered correctly; otherwise, the participant will not be able to progress through the course.
How do I access the Kitt Medical training course?
Unlimited access to our online training course is included with every Anaphylaxis Kitt subscription for all staff in a verified venue.
Admins of Kitt venues can provide their colleagues with access to our online course via the Kitt Portal, either through direct email invitations or by generating a secure link to copy and paste.
Anyone who completes the course will receive a CPD certificate via email, and venue admins can track and monitor all completions, making it easy to audit and send reminders.
