We won the Mayor’s Entrepreneur Award!

Me, James and the entire Kitt Medical team have been overwhelmed with the support we've received since our winning pitch at City Hall for the Mayor's Entrepreneur 🏆

Presenting to such a reputable panel of professionals from across a wide array of industries was an incredible experience and opportunity for us as early stage founders.

My biggest fear was that the judges weren't going to understand the severity of the issue we were presenting, with allergies being constantly misrepresented and misunderstood.

But that didn't happen.

Because at the end of the day, we put in the work.

From the moment we started Kitt, we've intentionally put ourselves in positions that we KNEW would be tough.

Probing questions from investors. Tough pitches to clients. Criticism from competitors.

We researched, tested, pitched, failed, refined, iterated, prepared, pitched again, and overall - invited the challenge.

And so when it came to pitch day, we were able to present the problem in full, along with a developed concrete solution - backed by a proven pilot, refined by users, and inevitably loved by the judges!

It's a huge win both for us and for allergy care on the whole, and we're honoured to have been awarded the prize.
