This is your chance to join a multi-award-winning, Dragons’ Den backed, high-growth startup on the ground floor as a key member of the sales team, alongside the founding team.

We're looking for enthusiastic, mission-driven people who fit our values and are passionate about what we do.

Who are we?

Allergy diagnoses, anaphylaxis hospitalisations and adrenaline pen prescriptions are on the rise and the UK is inadequately prepared. With ‘avoidable deaths’ appearing in the news too regularly, and the stigma around allergy causing mental health issues for millions, it’s never been more important for us, as a society, to respond to this issue.

Our founder, Zak, who lives with a severe nut allergy, originally came up with the idea for something “just like a defibrillator, but for allergies" during his final year at university in 2020.

Fast forward to early 2023, and the Anaphylaxis Kitt service was launched - offering a dependable supply of emergency adrenaline pens in wall-mounted Kitts, alongside CPD-accredited training, all-in-one subscription service.

Since then, we’ve deployed over 1,000 Kitts in schools and qualifying businesses across the UK, training 20,000+ people and treating 16 life-threatening allergic reactions.

Our Kitts have saved lives, won multiple awards, been seen across national press, received endorsements from leading organisations, and most recently gained investment from Steven Bartlett and Deborah Meaden on BBC’s Dragons’ Den.

We’ve building a team of young, talented, and passionate individuals who believe in this mission - and we’ve love you to join us.

So, what will you be doing?

Helping to launch our Anaphylaxis Kitts in schools & qualifying businesses across the UK!

  • Contacting potential customers across multiple channels (email, phone, etc.) to build, qualify and nurture sales pipeline.

  • Testing and learning with new outbound strategies.

  • Maintaining good client relations by responding to (and dealing with) potential issues quickly and effectively.

  • Availability to travel to day events/conferences and exhibit Kitt to potential customers.

  • Getting your hands dirty. Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone willing to work confidently and capably towards targets, who loves to take ownership and wants to grow with us.

  • Able to work well with a small, tight knit team, collaborating with strong communication and transparency at all times.

  • Previous experience working with schools or in EdTech/Healthcare is a plus, passion and empathy for the problem we’re solving is a must.

  • Growth mindset - adaptable and excited by the prospect of moving fast.

  • We want you to bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. We will give you all the training and tools that you need to succeed.

“Our mission is to create a new standard for allergy care”

- Zak Marks, Co-Founder & CEO of Kitt Medical

What's in it for you?

  • Work that you want to shout about.

  • Competitive salary and opportunity to grow

  • 25 days of holiday.

  • Central London office space.

  • Cycle 2 Work scheme.

  • Fast-paced learning environment with real responsibility

  • A supportive, high-energy team who love what they do
